UPDATE: Day 14 and my Zilliqa has STILL not been deposited into my Binance wallet
It has now been 14 days since I withdrew 60,222 Zil from my Moonlet wallet and sent it to my [Binance.us](https://binance.us/) wallet.
The two transactions I made, each worth 30,111 Zil, have both remained pending on Moonlet since I made the withdrawals, but appear "completed" on [viewblock.io](https://viewblock.io/). Transaction ID's attached below:
After continuing to write about my experience on the r/binance subreddit, I was contacted by a moderator and my support ticket was escalated. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by [Binance.us](http://binance.us/) support. The brief explanation I was provided for the delay by the Binance support member was that the delay is, and I quote: “due to Zil Network / wallet issues. If you deposited to the correct address, you do not need to worry about losing your funds. It will take time to be deposited however.”
I immediately responded asking for more details, as well as a more specific timeline, but have yet to receive a response.
So, according to Binance, it appears the delay is, in fact, linked to problems with the Zil Network and correlated wallet issues. I had a suspicion that this was the case, since in the same timeframe, I have made multiple deposits/withdrawals of ETH, ADA and USDT and have experienced no delays at all.
This is now my third post regarding this issue, and I will continue to post about it until it is resolved. As I stated before, the main reason I am sharing this information is because I want other Zilliqa holders, as well as the Zilliqa team to know and understand that something like this is taking place, and it shouldn't be. I want Zilliqa to succeed, and I believe that it still has the opportunity to do so, but their needs to be recourse in order for these types of problems to be resolved quickly and fairly.
