atomic vs moonlet vs cex.io Zil staking commision rates

Hi I am a newbie, just wondering why people recommend to stake zil through atomic and moonlet wallets which have 5% commission rate whereas others like cex.io have 1% commission rate. Can anyone answer this pls?
