According to Zcash Halving Date Countdown: History & Zcash Halving Dates (bitdegree.org), it happens in 13 days.

But other sites including this fresh forum post talk about it being in late 2024: Dev Fund 2024: Community Poll & Discussion Megathread - Governance - Zcash Community Forum

Surely this is not a debated thing. So which is it? Please answer with an authoritative source rather than just expressing your opinion, since it is already a debated issue.
