I submitted a request for support way back on Feb 5.
I immediately got an automated email reply telling me:
**"We received your email request! Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible."**
That was almost 5 months ago.
I submitted another request on March 16, got an identical email letting me know my request was received, but again, since then nothing.
I have replied to these emails, [[email protected]
) a few times, none of which were returned or came bouncing back as undeliverable.
No doubt these guys are busy, but c'mon.
This is just plain unprofessional!
