USDT withdrawal on hold for over a month

I contacted support and have been told they're having liquidity issues... When I ask for any details or ETA, all I get is "All transactions will be processed in time, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience". I've been waiting since Jan 13th and my patience is running out...
I see USDT transactions originating from their gateway address though. Has anyone here been able to withdraw USDT recently or are they just sending money to their own people?
