Is there still a way to swap ERC20 TRX to Mainnet TRX?

I am suuuuuper late to this party, and both Binance and Binance US do not allow for these swaps. (without VPN) Any tips / tricks to still swap them to the Mainnet tokens? I've currently got them in MyEtherWallet as a Custom Token.
