Theta wallet: security and staking for keystore vs hardware.

Hey all, I have a Ledger Nano X. Already have a small account on wallet.thetatoken.org using a keystore. I'm considering running a Guardian node and wanted to get an opinion on these: - From a security standpoint, is it worth using my Ledger with the theta wallet? Or is keystore fine? - I recall reading that the Ledger uses ERC20 to store the token. If I integrate my wallet with Ledger, can I still run a Guardian node? Thank you!
