Theta Explorer Page & 403 Forbidden Error
heyya.. I always use VPN and recently noticed I cant reach page [explorer.thetatoken.org](https://explorer.thetatoken.org) by getting "**403 Forbidden**" error. The irony in the same time, page [https://wallet.thetatoken.org/](https://wallet.thetatoken.org/) works fine but when I enter my wallet, the amount cant be loaded.
It happened with couple of different VPNS on two Devices. but without VPN it works just fine.
anyone has same problem?
