I haven't used TezBox in a long time (6+ months). After updating my Nano to the latest firmware, I've finally decided to use it again.
It loads up my manager address (tz1) that has 0.1 XTZ in it, and my contract address (KT1) that has a decent amount of XTZ.
I'm trying to send the majority of my balance to the manager address. I select medium fee, and send an amount that still leaves a healthy balance in my KT1 address.
After hitting Send, TezBox asks if I'm sure. I click Yes, Send It! A window pops up telling me to confirm it on my device, then it immediately disappears and 'Uh-Oh Operation Failed! Hardware device error' pops up.
Nothing ever is sent to my device. What is the issue?
I've cleared TezBox and reconnected it to my Ledger. The proper accounts still pop up. I've uninstalled TezBox and reinstalled it. Same error persists.
Any idea what could be wrong and how I can fix this?
