Something to keep in mind when designing token standards
Currently when using DAI, and other tokens, with dApps you have to sign a transaction to “unlock” the token, and then sign a second transaction to then spend the token.
My understanding from the thread is that with ERC20s you have to call approve() before you can sendFrom() which is causing this multiple signing issue.
