Bitcoin to Tether - In case of market crash.
Hello, I would like to know where to buy Tether. I prefer to exchange my Bitcoins against Tethers if possible. And how to store them, these Tethers that I bought, with my Bitcoins, offline. In a desktop wallet (on PC), mobile wallet (on Android), or a hardware wallets like "Ledger Nano S" ? Could somebody answer these questions and help me ? I have tested "Tether Wallet" from "Freewallet.org" on Android. And it works. But I don't know if it can be trusted with a large amount ? They store you Tethers, USDT, on "cold storage". They call it a "secure offline vault". Is that safe ? No hacks ? No money stealing ? No scams ? I used Bittrex to get the Tethers, USDT, and then send it to "Tether Wallet" from "Freewallet.org" on Android. When I need the Tethers, USDT, I send them back to Bittrex and buy some Bitcoins or altcoins. Is there a better way, a safer way to acquire or store Tethers, USDT ? What do you think ? Thanks for your help. Leonidas. P.S. Tethers, USDT, is very useful in case of market crash. Since every tether is always backed 1-to-1, by traditional currency, USD. So 1 USD₮ is always equivalent to 1 USD.
Tether has always been fully backed and the assurance opinion made available today confirms it once again, and puts Tether ahead of the industry on transparency.
