Support time?

Hi Swissborg cummunity, Any of you had to get support recently? If yes, how much time did you had to wait? I submited a ticket 7 days ago and still no news... I know support is super busy but how long should I still wait? Any advice or related story are welcome! Otherwise Go CHSB!!!
