Moving Stratis from stratis-qt.exe to new STRAX

Hi guys, I've been trying for 2 hours but I'm scared to make a mistake. I have a wallet.dat and the password. It's working in stratis-qt.exe. How do I get it to the new STRAX? Do I need to move my coins from stratis-qt to Stratis Core, then to STRAX? Please help. Thank you.
