Problems with AnchorUSD

Anyone having problems with AnchorUSD? My crypto has been doing well, but it's been months and I'm still not verified. I'd like to use some of my money, but they won't let me connect my bank account. It's pissing me the fuck off. I've messaged them via their app, and through twitter. Any suggestions?
