Delayed transactions on exchanges today.

Coinbase gives a notification of delayed transactions when you select “receive” or “send” XLM. Binance US doesn’t but I know firsthand that deposits are delayed there. I can’t find any information on this issue online. Anyone here know anything? Thank you.
