MNEP- What are these?

Had 300,000 of these show up overnight in my Matic Wallet, no value (first allerted by CoinTracker). Is this a dusting attack. If so, how do you deal with these? Is there a setting on Coinbase Matic wallet to neutralize them, or are they harmless? Thanks in advance.
