Transferring Problem - please help

So last night I decided to purchase some ONT on Binance. Made the mistake of transferring the tokens to my Neon Wallet. What steps do i need to take to find the tokens? I have the block height / transaction hash from ONT and contacted Binance / Neon wallet support with no response yet.
