O wallet

Hi all, I need some help with my O wallet. Have had it for sometime and created two wallets on it. The problem is I can't copy and paste addresses and every send/receive address I type in isn't accepted and as soon as I start typing I get a red box and refusal to accept the address. Trying to stake so my ong will start generating again since it has stopped as well. tia
