What they do is just giving me ticket # and ask me to wait, wait and wait. They NEVER give me a glimpse of what really happened.
Now I'm asking my friend who's working for Korbit Exchange (major Korean crypto exchange) to get some idea of what's really going on. I can't believe this happening in a big exchange like Okex.
PLEASE, FIX IT ASAP!!!!!!!
