Look I love pretty much everything about nexo.
I think everyone here complaing about delays and panicking need to calm down.
But I disagree with you trying to play the server crash as “scheduled maintenance” all of a sudden.
Everyone understands that sometimes servers get overloaded. It’s not a big deal. Just let everyone know the issue, fix it, then be transparent with your approach on how you will mitigate it from happening in the future. Putting up some bs about “scheduled maintenance” is not saving any face. It’s doing the opposite. Everyone knows it’s a lie, or will assume it since you haven’t mentioned it anywhere.
Just be honest with your customers. If it’s scheduled maintenance tell people in advance. If the servers are overloaded just say so and let us know what actions your taking.
