Wrong reference used in deposit. Help!

Hi everyone. I attempted to deposit a large sum of money to my Nexo wallet but the reference was not correct. Turns out I added the correct reference to the payment details field and the reference field was auto generated. I'm really hoping I will be e able to get my money back 😪 Please can anyone with a similar experience tell me what happened.
