Can't withdraw USDT from Nexo. Confirmation email doesn't arrive. One employee asked me to try again, that didn't work either and then he just **left** the chat. No reply to my support ticket so far.
This **might** be just a simple technical issue, but this is not how you treat customers. I still don't know why I can't access my money. Scary.
**Update**: Now I received a confirmation email for my withdrawal, and it went through. Phew.
