Ok so total newbie here. I’ve had a Nexo wallet since February and have loved it so far. I wanted to capitalize on some of advantages of having Nexo token so swapped BNB for Nexo token in my Trust wallet and sent it over. I am certain I used the correct address (BEP-2) but I left out the memo #. Didn’t have to include a memo# when I transferred other cryptos over so I missed this detail. I reached out to the Nexo Help team 2 weeks ago got an auto reply email 7 days saying they were backed up and it may take months before they sort out the issue and they will get to my problem as soon as possible. They emailed me today saying this: “Please be informed that since a lot of time has passed from the moment you contacted our support, and you are yet to receive a reply your request was closed by our system.” I guess being patient and understanding gets you no where. Anyone else have similar issues with Nexo Help team? Is my Nexo token just gone?
