Sent wire but forgot to include Nexo Reference
Hello.
So I made a bit of a stupid mistake. Sent a $2.4K wire to my Nexo account using my US bank account yesterday. Normally it's credited to Nexo in a couple of hours, I kept wondering why it hasn't since it's been over a day. I was checking the transaction and then it hit me, I forgot to include the Nexo Reference.
I'd like to know what would happen in this case. I tried online chat support but they haven't really been able to answer my query satisfactorily. Is there anyone I can reach out to for help? There's really on information on Nexo about how to deal with such a situation.
