Question on French SEPA transfer first and last names

Hi, my bank in France is asking me for separate first and last names (and does not accept empty fields) for the bank transfrer to Nexo. Has anyone faced this issue? Did you use "Nexo" in both fields? I asked Nexo two weeks ago and I haven't heard from them yet. Thanks and cheers!
