I’m fed up, I’ve send multiple emails and live chatted with many of NEXO support employees. Nobody can help me to investigate where my 0.85 BTC went? It was taken out from my account and never broadcasted on the bitcoin network. NEXO fill up your HOT WALLETS!
Also, I have another bitcoin 0.30 BTC transaction which was sent out by NEXO with low miner fees (default) and is stuck for 48 hours almost now, in the mempool.
EDIT: First 0.30 BTC transaction got confirmed by bitcoin miners. Although, my second 0.85 BTC still not have been broadcasted on the bitcoin blockchain due to NEXO not filling up their HOT WALLETS.
Please provide proper support and status updates. It’s very unclear what is going on. My email support request ticket number is #333479.
