I sent some XRP from my binance wallet to my Newly created Nexo wallet and the funds haven't arrived (UK)

I doubled checked the address and it was definitely the right one but it's not showing up. Is there usually a delay? It's been confirmed on binance end but the funds are not showing in Nexo, I'm starting to get concerned it's been nearly half hour now.
