I made a deposit over 2 months ago, it is confirmed on the chain, but Nexo will not credit my account. I have contacted them more times than I can count and each time they just say "we are working on it, please be patient." They refuse to give me any more information or to offer any time frame for when they could resolve this issue.
On top of that, I recently lost my phone and contacted support to reset my 2FA. I sent them all the info, pictures, videos, etc, that they requested, and they told me they reset the 2FA but they in fact did not. I am starting to think they simply view this as a great opportunity to steal my entire account in addition to the "lost" deposit...that is actually confirmed on the chain over 2 months ago.
I'm at the point where I'm just going to write this off as theft and scream from the mountaintops that Nexo is a $cam.
