Appalling Nexo customer service - is Nexo real or a scam?
My Nexo wallet balances are incorrect - specifically USDT and Nexo token are incorrect (shows less than I have invested). So obviously I'm not getting the interest I am owed.
I first brought this to their attention on the 15/04/21. I am posting this on the 27/06/21. Every time I send a mail to their customer support (6 times now), I get a mail saying "We are very busy so we have closed your complaint and will not deal with it".
Seriously? Literally telling your customers "We dont care about our mistake and we refuse to fix it"?
Has anyone had this experience? Thinking of moving everything to someone else like Celsius - anyone got any experience with them? Better?
