Where and how can I spend my Nano?

Could you all share where you’ve spent Nano before? I’m also wondering about how easy it is to use Nano as a payment method when buying something on the internet. I feel like most people purchase everything in a browser on their computer or browser on their phone or an app on their phone. Is there a browser extension or something for Nano that makes it super quick and easy to pay? Sure scanning a QR code or copying and pasting an address is easy, but we need dead simple for most people to want to use Nano. Thoughts?
