Trying to access Nano funds

I bought raiblocks back in 2017. I had the on the raiwallet which since i have been gone has been moved to nanowallet which is shutting. I have lost the 2fa and imported the seed to another wallet as an alternative to try access my funds. I have opened my new account with the seed but the nano has not imported and shows my balance as 0. I have tried opening more accounts as i saw that as a fix but it has not worked for me. ANyone know what i can do? thanks
