If you've followed Nano for some time you'd be amazed by teams professionalism and constant head down approach to pumping out high quality code and transparency of the direction of the Nano protocol. New devs are added to the team via an approach of sourcing nano community members who contribute mightily to the project, which guarantees motivated and passionate contributors will join the team. It's totally organic. The amount of overcome adversity is astounding, considering the last two years... bitgrail, dump from ATH, etc. The Nano beta network is taking shape and increasing tools used for graphing + monitoring tests at a higher granularity between major node releases.... thus a grassroots approach that is composed of both Nano devs and external contributors. I'm extremely excited to watch how the beta network guys collaborate for the v20 release and expect the outcome will be better than expected in terms of spam mitigation and tx/sec | confirmations / sec. Colin exhibits very high professionalism and has grown to become a trustworthy cryptocurrency ambassador. Andy is a rock, a standup mate, super resourceful and just keeps cool under pressure. This team deserves a rating A+ and sure good times will come this fall 2019 as real world adoption continues and exchange onboarding happens. I could say so much more but like to give room for others who have observed this team to give their feedback. Anyhow, keep grinding at the raistone!
