I Have A Small Amount of NANO from 2017 -- How do I Access It? Used Nanowallet & Still Have Seed

I just went to [nanowallet.io](https://nanowallet.io) and noticed they were down. I read a comment on another thread stating that [Nanovault.io](https://Nanovault.io) isn't actively being maintained. How can I access my NANO? I don't want to sell them as it's a relatively inconsequential amount, but I do want to access them and send them to whatever the most secure wallet is.
