(Beginner Help) How to transfer my 0.25 Nano tip to my Kraken account?

A Redditor of this sub was generous enough to give me 0.25 NANO as a tip on Dec 14th. So I did a lot of research on nano and crypto in general and decided to make a Kraken account to transfer my tip to the Kraken account. But I am a little confused about the process to do that? The bot says I need a valid nano address to send the amount. How do I create the NANO address from Kraken? Thank you and sorry if it's a very silly question. I'm genuinely struggling lol
