Warning, technical idiot: no incoming connections using a VPN

I'm using IVPN as a VPN, (paid with monero, yeah, but my daemon keeps sending this message:

No incoming connections - check firewall/routers - allow port 18080

I remember doing this on the old cli (without a vpn), but I don't know how to this in combination with the GUI and VPN

Can anybody help?
