Rebirth of the dynamic block size
Apparently, the dynamic block size kicks in when the last 100 blocks fill in to its capacity of average 300 kB per block.
It has happened only once in the history of Monero's existence. And that day wasn't very pretty, was it? The 11th of August, 2022 - a day before the HardFork event; for 3 hours, it was like magic, p_Poof! And people hated to use this blockchain.
People discussed whether it was indeed MineXMR who made all those withdrawals at once?! Isn't that a bit silly. but, who am I to judge?!
Might we revisit this moment into the future?
When do you think dynamic block size might kick-in again?
Let us ask, would you like to see it occur again?
