I know already of the decent amount of work done by MRL for quantum security on Monero. My point is, quantum computers are a ticking time-bomb we don't know when, if ever, it will explode. Imagine a scenario where one entity finally makes a quantum computer that can break the ECDLP in a reasonable time for typical sized signatures. We will only know that Monero was attacked much after an absurd amount of damage was already caused.
My question is, does the Monero team have a strategy to mitigate the damage, or a plan to make Monero quantum resistant before anything happens?
