Monero Proposal

All I will say is that: For XMR to have significant success in future, it is mandatory to give it's users the possibility to generate from the seed, in a deterministic way (using offline software), a key (let's call it private balance key) that allows users to check their cold wallet balance using a view-only wallet that is connected to the internet. Also, private balance key shouldn't be a replacement for the private view key. Both keys could coexist in order to satisfy different purposes. Don't forget to share this proposal with Monero's development team.
