Monero GUI mining
Hello! I would like to mine Monero when I don't use my computer. Since I already had the wallet installed, I figured I could try to do this with the Monero GUI wallet. I first synced my local node and then had to reboot my pc for some reason. After booting again and restarting the node, I noticed that all my progress had been lost. Normally, this would not be a big deal, but the computer I want to mine Monero with is my only laptop and I can't just keep it open all the time. Is there anything I can do to keep the blockchain history stored on my machine when the Monero node is not running? Thank you for your attention and your help!
