How to I get the best monero mineing expirence

I really want to try Mineing but I'm getting low H/s Averageing at about 4500 H/s

I use P2Pool Mini and XMRig modded %0 donation fee (I am a manual donator)

I have a 5600g and a GTX 960 2GB and a wopping 64GB of 3200 RAM

I really want to get a mineing USB stick that I can plug in to my PC or any other and boot into my tools

Any help?
