How To Accept Monero With Shopify (Large Merchant)

The ammo company that I posted about here yesterday would like to add Monero as a payment option to their Shopify site, but they aren't sure how. What is the best way to add Monero as a payment method to Shopify?

Obviously "custom payment method" and putting in a wallet address works, but the problem is that that is a lot of manual work for them (confirming that payment was received and matching it with an order number).
