Apology and update from Offshore.Exchange

I wanted to apologize for the previous introduction.

When the announcement was made, the privacy policy did not properly reflect an exchange that does not require KYC. This created concern and with a newly created account, I did not have the karma to respond.

I am sorry.

I want to thank u/Tiny_Voice1563 for calling me out. Their voice of reason showed that I needed a professional to review the policy.

In trying to save money to get things launched, I had used another policy as a starting example. Whilst I had made edits, there were items that conflicted and it did not reflect the way the exchange should be run.

I am proud to say both the privacy policy and the terms and conditions are now updated and accurately reflect the intention of an exchange that chooses to respect and enhances the freedom of others.

What does this mean?

  • No KYC
  • No Tor/VPN IP blocking
  • No trading limits
  • No withdraw limits
  • No excuses for shotgun KYC
  • No excuses for freezing accounts

This is the standard for service.

Respectfully,

Offshore.Exchange
