UST Deposit Not Showing Up, Subsequent Deposits Go Through

I deposited UST to my kucoin Terra wallet address today, something I do regularly. My deposit never hit my account despite it showing on the Blockchain as having done so. I sent about 12 deposits since trying to push it through, they all go through except the initial deposit. I have been waiting for support to come to the online chat for 12 hours now
