Deposit BNB over 20k confirmations still nothing

made a deposit last night the tx id is 0x2524c0f2aa5bc7fa6a93de39741cbc46c106ce19e602dc063790316afc582163 ticket request 1840069 over 20k confirmation and still nothing from kucoin, first time this happened ususally everything deposit and withdrawals go though in minutes if not faster
