Can't find anything on Spot Trade History but have some in Trading Account. Need 2021 Tax from KuCoin.

Can't find anything on Spot Trade History but have some in Trading Account. Can anyone help me out? How do I correctly contact KuCoin Support Team? According to many, many websites, the correct way to download KuCoin Tax info is from: Main Page (kucoin.com) > Go to the upper right of the page > Hover over "Paper icon" > Click **"Spot Trade History"** When I go there, I **cannot find any transactions** for : 1 Year > Pair: All > All >All. Or even 01/01/2021 to 12/31/2021 > Pair: All > All > All. The above 2 should be for all transactions but it shows nothing. The only **data available are under "Main Account"** and **"Trading Account" but those only give individual coin transactions** which is **not the same as the entire history of the account in one file** that's supposedly from from **"Spot Trade History".** Is this a bug? I'd appreciate some help. Thanks.
