HELP! LOST IOTA BALANCE AFTER RESTORING TRINITY WALLET

Hey Everyone, I signed into my Trinity wallet and saw this upon launching: Then I downloaded the Trinity wallet and signed in on a different computer. I was able to login but it said balance 0i.
