BSC vs SOL advice

I own 3 SOL shoes currently (one uncommon, 2 common). If I'm willing to take the risk, is it worth creating a BSC wallet and buying a BSC shoe? How complicated is it to do the energy sharing? Any other tips? Am I giving into FOMO and shouldn't do it? TIA!
