Not sure if this was brought up before, but I just noticed [these methods exist in GLM](https://etherscan.io/address/0x7DD9c5Cba05E151C895FDe1CF355C9A1D5DA6429#code) and [not in GNT](https://etherscan.io/address/0xa74476443119A942dE498590Fe1f2454d7D4aC0d#code).
What's the reasoning or plans behind adding \_mint and \_burn methods to GLM?
For those not aware:
\_mint allows the token creator to "mint" tokens to make the total supply larger.
\_burn allows the token creator to "burn" tokens to make the total supply smaller.
