Bugs worse this weekend for others?

I am having some severe issues with the client this weekend. I just played a game where the desync issue was so severe, playing cards removed them from my hand but we're not played. I have had continual issues with players health, which has been happening since I started 8 months ago, and the obvious buff health issue. I have lost 4 games so far due to these bugs. Yes I have cleared the cache multiple times.
