How can I deploy a website on the filecoin network?

Hello, I'm new into crypto and the whole Web3.0 thing. I'm a web developer who would also like to tinker a little with web3.0 and filecoin. Is it even possible to deploy a website on filecoin? As far as I know, it's similar to AWS S3 storage servers that are only able to store files. So it could be possible to use a paid server to run a nodeJS app on it and connect it to the filecoin network? Or are there some crypto blockchain servers to run nodeJS apps on? I want to build a full web3.0 website, no AWS etc except a .com domain that will redirect to the web3.0 domain with the .zil ending or something. I'm new in this, help.
